Please contact Laine Swanson via email to initiate an exchange or return: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days has passed and you have not contacted us, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Please use original packaging to ship the item(s) back to seller within 30 days. Packaging must be postmarked, and the item(s) must be in the same condition you received them.

As applicable, once your return is received and shown to be in original packaging, and original, good condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This email will notify you if the return for a refund has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and applied to your form of original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
As applicable, if you have not received your refund, please check your account/original method of payment again. Then contact your credit card or bank company, as refunds can take time to process and post to the account. If you have done all of this and still do not have your refund, please contact us again at email@example.com.
As applicable, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that is the case, and an exchange for the same item is needed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and send the original item back in the original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Time to process a refund or exchange may vary depending on where you live, and where the product was shipped to.
If you are shipping over $50 worth of items, consider tracking the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
